The Association of Energy Centre Ceske Budejovice (ECCB) is a centre of energy advice that focuses mainly on the region of South Bohemia. ECCB was established with support from the Commission for the Co-operation of Upper Austria and South Bohemia in 1997. O.Ö. Energiesparverband from Linz with its large experience in energy advisory is the Austrian partner organization. One of the tasks of ECCB is to arrange the exchange of technologies and know-how between Upper Austria and Southern Czech. It co-operates with important partners from Czech Republic and foreign countries, who are engaged in the energy field. Energy Center's main focus is the support of energy efficiency, utilization of non-traditional and renewable energy sources and increasing the interest of the general public in those problems. Our activities are extensive and we offer the general public a broad palette of our services.
